Julia McBride has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, with a specialized focus in pre and postnatal fitness that has made her one of the most sought-after trainers for women navigating pregnancy, recovery, and rebuilding. She has worked with Victoria's Secret models, executives managing 80-hour weeks, and people who simply decided that feeling strong was no longer optional — each with a program built entirely around them.

Her background in Pilates, Lagree, yoga, and functional strength training informs every session she creates. Her approach has always been the same: understand the individual, build around what their body actually needs, and deliver results through intelligent, intentional movement. Electro-muscle stimulation training uses a specialized suit to deliver controlled electrical impulses to your muscles during a guided session. This activates more muscle fibers than traditional exercise alone — creating an efficient full-body strength session in just 20 minutes.

Most clients describe EMS as a pulsing or tapping sensation in the muscles. The intensity is adjusted gradually and always based on your comfort level. You'll be guided through simple, intentional movements while the EMS technology supports muscle activation.

Yes. EMS technology is FDA-cleared and has been used in professional sport and clinical rehabilitation for decades. A full health screening is completed before every first session.

Each EMS training session is approximately 20-25 minutes with a 5-10 minute setup. Your first appointment may take up to 45 minutes to allow time for setup, suit fit, orientation, and questions.

At your location — your home, apartment gym, private office, or another approved space in Austin. We come to you, fully equipped.

For most clients, one session per week helps maintain strength and momentum, while two sessions per week is ideal for building strength, improving tone, and accelerating results. After your first session, we'll personalize your plan based on your goals, schedule, fitness background, and recovery.

EMS is a great fit for busy professionals, parents, entrepreneurs, wellness-minded individuals, and anyone looking for a time-efficient, low-impact, guided strength training experience. It's especially helpful for people who want a private and personalized alternative to traditional gym workouts.

EMS is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have an implanted electrical device such as a pacemaker, epilepsy, or active cancer. A full contraindication review is part of every intake process.
